Refund policy

At Alga, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested in advance by sending an email to info@tryalga.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of damage

  • Customer's name and address

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the package.

Please note: Returns should not be sent to the original shipping address without prior instructions from Alga.

European Union: 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, customers always have the right to return an order within 30 days, provided that it meets the return requirements stated above.

Costs and Processing:

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. You will receive confirmation once the return has been processed and approved.

Exceptions:

Items that are not eligible for return include custom-made products, worn products, and personal care products. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to place a new order for the desired item after your return has been processed.

Refunds:

Once the return has been approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Instructions:

Products must be returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands.
